Each property advertised with us sets its own rental rate depending on season. This rate can be adjusted at anytime by you. Our fee is 10% of the rate charged to a client. So a £330 rental attracts a £30 fee with £300 passed to the owner. By default most owners choose the following seasons: 

• Low season: November, December, January, February
• Medium season: October, March, April, May
• High season: June, July, August, September

For peace of mind we only give a booking confirmation to clients after receiving your consent that you wish to proceed with an enquiry.

We have tried many media sources to advertise our homes. Most efforts concentrate on attracting clients to our website. We have previously advertised with magazines and newspapers such as Dalton’s Weekly, Exclusive Holidays, Holiday Villas, Choice Villas, Homes Overseas, World of Property, International Property, Loot Holiday Directory, Loot newspaper, Ad-Mag; Plus 103.2 FM radio, car & van livery, JTF’s warehouse distribution, Hostess restaurant and Capital One Financial (staff); and others no doubt in the future.

As many of you may know, advertising can be extremely costly and our advice here is to build a good customer clientele, spread low cost advertisements and encourage recommendations by word of mouth.

We currently do not charge a listing fee, if this is introduced in the future we will seek your consent in advance. There will be no obligation to continue using our service. There are no formal contracts or minimum terms in place. Simply advertise with us and if we receive an enquiry for your home we will contact you.

We can not guarantee bookings unlike claims that others’ may make. However our website is easily accessible to our clients. Should your home attract a prospective booking we will certainly contact you to progress all enquiries.
