The lounge area consists of a sofa, love seat, chair and pedestal. For entertainment there's a massive 42" Cinema Surround LCD TV, plus high speed internet.

American Style Kitchen with Breakfast nook. The stylish and modern kitchen offers all conveniences including conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, storage units and crockery for indoor/ outdoor use.

Master bedroom with Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and his 'n' hers vanity units. There is a fax and 27" cable TV/ VCR. Co-ordinately furnished with window drapes, leather rocker/ recliner and artificial plants for executive comfort.

Three further bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds in each, all with remote control cable TV's. Equally furnished to the homes standard with colourful bedding/ pillows and spacious storage closets, side tables and dresser.

The Master bathroom boasts a celebrity mirror, his 'n' hers wash basins and spacious walk-in shower with plenty of room for two! The second bathroom accommodates similar with single wash basin and choice of bath or shower.

There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. All bed linen and towels are provided clean for all arriving guests.

The private heated swimming pool (30ft x 14ft) is set within a fully screened bathing area. There is a range of attractively cushioned poolside furniture consisting of sun lounges, table and chairs. Although there is also a solar blanket, pool heating is recommended during the cooler months of November to March, which carries a a small surcharge.

The surrounding pool area is covered in cool decking and provides enough room for sunbathing, whilst a screened cover excludes insects from the poolside for those relaxing sunny days.

Where We Are

Along the US 27, just off 1-4 junction 55 at the Prestigious Ridgewood Lakes, which is 15-minutes drive away from the gates of Walt Disney World. The main shopping area is along Route 192 and International Drive, which is easily accessed within minutes from the I-4 and US 27. There are shops with endless isles selling absolutely everything at prices cheaper than in the UK.

Restaurants are also in abundance and offer everything from McDonalds and Pizza Hut to speciality restaurants offering all-you-can-eat, steak, salads, tower burgers plus many other worldly dishes.
