Villa Dora, Peyia. Cyprus: Villa Dora is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom two storey villa with private pool and stunning views of the Mediterranean. About 1km from the village of Peyia and 5 minutes drive to the beach at Coral Bay.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of up to 8 adults. A baby cot is available on request.

Large 20' by 25' living area including lounge/diner and kitchen with granite worktops, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, dish washer , washing machine, toaster and microwave.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas (free of charge). There is an iron and board, vacuum cleaner, stair gate, baby cot and playpen. Sliding fly screens are on all windows and doors, and ceiling fans in all rooms.

The third (twin) bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor. A large futon provides an additional optional double bed.

The lounge area comfortably furnished with one settee and 2 armchair and looks out onto the patio and swimming pool. There is a 29" Sony TV and surround sound system for DVDs and a separate CD player system. There is access to the veranda through patio doors from the lounge.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en suite bathroom with access to both front and rear balconies. The second twin bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, CD/cassette player system and access to the front balcony. The third twin bedroom is downstairs with access to a third bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bathrooms have power showers. A large futon provides an additional optional double bed.

This Peyia villa is fully air conditioned (bedrooms and open plan living areas) and our prices are inclusive of the climate control a/c.

There are 2 large balconies providing stunning sea views at the front and views of the hills and overlooking the private pool at rear. There is also a large roof garden giving a 360 degree panorama, a privileged spot with a glass of wine at sundown.

The 7 x 3.5 meter pool with walk in stair (roman steps) and underwater night light has a patio surround with tables, chairs, umbrellas and 6 sun loungers. Off road car parking to the side of the property.
