Topaz Gardens 103, Kato Paphos. Cyprus: Situated on a private cul-de-sac called Sofia Vembo Street and surrounded by similar sized 3 or 4 bedroom apartments and private villas. The development itself is called Topaz Gardens and is around 4 years old, comprising of what looks to be three attached houses all with their private drives and roof top gardens above.
The style of property itself is different to many other houses and offers great value and luxury compared to other similar 3-bedroom villas or apartments found in Cyprus. As you get closer to the town centre, typically you find 2-bedroom properties on shared complexes. And because of this, our home is a few minutes further walking distance away. In around 18-mins walk you have access to shops, restaurants, bars and the picturesque harbour. A local convenience store is however only 3-mins walk away.
A roof top garden has many advantages to that of a swimming pool and privacy is second to none. There is a 5-seat jacuzzi that can be used 12-months of the year unlike a pool, unless you like cold showers. The roof garden has a 6-seat glass top table with chairs, 6 stylish sun lounges, a permanent brick barbeque and outside shower. Believe it or not, it also has a fridge and kitchen sink on the roof. The roof is partially covered by an attractive pagoda offering a little shade while the remaining area bakes in 360 degree sun rays. As the house is higher than most other properties around it, there is also a good view out towards the coast and over the house tops.
This 3-bed, first floor home has one double and two twin bedrooms. All three bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, have a full length built in wardrobe, stylish beds, side tables and lamps. The rooms are attractive, spacious and clean.
There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suit. These are modern and convenient, tiled from floor to ceiling, have large mirrors and walk in showers with all day long hot water provided by the roofs solar panels, plus a back up emersion heater. There is no bath however at this property.
The kitchen is fully integrated, very spacious and white clean, good enough to bring home and definitely unlike many others offered in a typical self-catering package holiday. It is modern, well equipped and offers the following; tall fridge freezer, washer, oven, hob & extractor, microwave, iron, 4 slice toaster, 8 piece dinner ware and glasses.
The lounge is open plan and has a one 3-seat and two 2-seat sofas. There is a large TV, chunky wood cabinets, side tables, lamps and wall prints. Off to the front of the property are 3 large patio windows which open out onto the cul-de-sac and driveway. Back inside, the living room leads on to the formal 6-seat dinning table, with kitchen being just behind this and having its own breakfast bar.
The home is thoroughly cleaned after each guest departs and provided with fresh bedding & towels for your arrival. At a small cost we provide a safe for valuables to be kept in, where requested.
