Sirena Sunrise 105, Kato Paphos. Cyprus: Apartment is on a small complex within easy reach of the harbour area and all amenities.

 

The two bedrooms, one double, one twin, are spacious with air conditioning, ample cupboard space and fitted wardrobes.  There is also a double sofa bed for two extra guests. There is a locking cupboard for you passports/valuables.

 

The living/dining area is very spacious with ceiling fan and doors straight on to balcony which gets the sun all day round and overlooks the pool. There is seating for 6 in the dining area.

 

There is plenty of room at the pool area.  The apartment comes with two sunbeds,  there are more beds by the pool for general use.There is also a small pool for children

 

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.  Plenty of hot water heated by solar energy, with an immersion heater for back up if needed.

 

The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances including a washing machine.

 

Linen and bath towels provided, it is recommended to bring a towel for the pool/beach.

 

A welcome pack can be provided for a small extra charge.  Airport transfers arranged.

 

May be available for long lets at reduced prices. Previous clients will benefit from a 5% discount.
