It is one of just 11 privately owned apartments in a very quiet location and overlooking the Troodos mountains to the rear. There is a shared pool around an area which has the sun all day. A 5 minute walk takes you to shops, restaurants and bars. The harbour is around a mile away and the Old Town with it,s local markets is about the same distance. There is ample parking should you wish to hire a car.
The spacious apartment has a twin bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobes. The fully fitted kitchen has every modern convenience including a gas cooker and electric oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and 6 piece dinner service. There is a breakfast bar seating 4. The large lounge has 2 ceiling fans and 2 brand new sofa beds. It is also equipped with a selection of books, DVD,s and CD,s. A water cooler is also provided for your use.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled and has a bath and shower. All day long hot water is provided by solar panels on the roof. There is a back up immersion heater.
The lounge gives access to the balcony which is bathed in sun all day long and overlooks the pool. There is a patio table and 4 chairs for 'al fresco' dining plus 2 sun loungers and a gas barbeque.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each guest leaves and provided with fresh linen and towels. These are also changed on a weekly basis for visits in excess of 1 week. An emergency number is provided for your peace of mind together with a folder containing apartment information, local maps and information about Paphos and Cyprus in general.
