Katsikithea Villa, Tala Village, Cyprus: Tala village is a 15 minute drive from Paphos town centre, 25 minutes drive from Paphos airport, and 15 minutes drive from Coral Bay beach.

Our three bedroom villa sleeps up to nine people plus a baby and has its own private pool. One of the main features is the large, private, swimming pool and surrounding terrace, where you will find sun loungers and small tables.

Adjacent to the pool there is a basement storage area incorporating a laundry area (with sink unit, washing machine, tumble dryer and a 2nd fridge) and a third bathroom with shower.

From the pool, steps lead up to the large veranda with tables and chairs, which affords stunning views down to the sea? From the veranda, a door leads into the fully fitted kitchen, with full cooking facilities, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

A low wall separates the kitchen from the lounge/dining room (with TV, DVD, video and hi-fi). From the lounge, an archway leads to the hall. On your left is the main bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and on the right there is a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with two sets of full sized bunk beds and a sofa-bed and the family bathroom.

Our prices are based on four people sharing, extra people are charged at £60 per person per week. All prices include a complementary ‘welcome pack’ as well as all facilities i.e. Air conditioning/ heating, to all rooms, Swimming Pool, Bed Linen and Bath Towels.
